substantial compliance

i was tasked to upload the 3 photos eligible for tomorrow's "draw."  i have a throbbing headache and i am not feeling well --- i needed to say that so as to mitigate my fault... i could not upload 1 of the 3 photos at this time....truly, truly sorry but i promise to post it asap.
