tanglewood tales (pomegranate seeds)

Busy weekend. Haircut on a Saturday morning, party in the PM. My DS and I sat down and reviewed his "Tanglewood Tales"(Hawthorne). Uuuha, iba level si DS! We were discussing the "Pomegranate Seeds" which is a story of  Mother Ceres, Proserpina (the daughter) and King Pluto ( parang mix ng soap opera at cartoons tuloy because of the characters). King Pluto took Proserpina to his dark kingdom and Mother Ceres searched everywhere.Proserpina refused to eat for months kasi if she eats anything sa kingdom ni Pluto, she can never go back to the surface. Well, Pluto presented her a pomegranate and palibhasa "tom jones" na, she secretly bit a little. When Pluto arrived, she dropped the fruit pero natinga sya ng 6 seeds and naawa sa kanya si Pluto. Proserpina returned to her mom and told her about the pomegranate. Ceres was both happy and sad. The explanation of DS was because Proserpina had to stay sa underworld for 6 months and the other 6 months sa surface of the Earth! The 6 seeds na "tinga" represent 6 months! So, Socratic method kami ni DS and he answered each of my questions well. Mother Ceres (X) is happy with the answers. When it was his turn to ask X this one" what will happen if Proserpina did not return to Pluto after 6 months?" Long pause.....Oo nga no! BH help!!!! Call the ube truck of Z! Wait, dapat siguro the title of the book should be "Tinga-woods Tales". Ang sagot ni X kay DS:"Dunno?"

X,
this thing that you are talking about is really problematic...
1. in farmville, level 23 farmer ka muna dapat bago makapagtanim ng pomegranate tree.  hello?! level 23?!! ano yun? mag farmville na lang the whole day at di na magtrabaho ha?!  plus, it takes 5 days before it bears fruit and since last year, it is no longer "giftable." eh di wag!
2. mother hen claims that in the far-flung-frovince where they grew up, ang tawag sa tagalog dyan e "granada" ... in english, her teacher says it is:  pomegrenade! ay, feeling ko sasabog ako!!! {it makes sense nga naman si teacher, the shape of the fruit is grenade-like kaya "granada" ...syempre, in english, ano pa? pomegrenade dba?!  idol!}
