Dear X,
When is your birthday ba talaga? I've known it to be on October 31, but I got a bit confused when I saw Z's post was dated yesterday. Although, I know that Z has a habit of anticipating our birthday days in advance, and it's just her way of making you feel special on your birthday, the day before and after...
X, I am thankful for having you as a friend. (Please imagine Ballad Pour Adeline, aka Lovingly Yours, Helen theme, starting to play here, wink wink)
It is funny that when I first met you, I thought you were the lady l----- which a friend from my previous work warned me about. In her exact words, "Beward of the lady l-----." I met Z first, but we had a chance to talk right away so I immediately took her out from my list of suspected lady l-----'s. A few chit chats and lunch outs after though, I dispelled all doubts that you were the lady l----- my friend was referring to. And I realized that you are one genuinely nice person, but the fun and not the boring kind.
You are the only person I know who replies to practically all unoffical e-mails, whether forwarded or plain chuva-chuva e-mails. And not just that, you Reply to All, and manage to get away with it. So that includes our boss, meaning my boss and Z's. Hahaha! I must say that that broke the ice and set the less formal tone between our super duper serious boss, and his mega opposite-of-serious subordinates, and we thank you for that.
You stick to your position and would not bat an eyelash when challenged. You fight for your rights and your DS's, when you know you're in the right, no matter how hassle it is. You know what to say when you're called on-stage to deliver a message to the birthday celebrant. You have no inhibitions at all . You would gladly share to everyone the lessons you learned from your parents during father/mother's day. You can gamely and fashionably admit to your seatmate that you are the one who smells like white flower.
So, X, on your 3__ birthday, I wish you a happy happy birthday and many more birthdays to come!
Love,
Y
for the wise and the witty, for the fab and the funny, for the geek and the glutton, for the girls and the quasi-girls :) and, for those who just adore girls!!!

for X
happy birthday, ateng!!! galing sa trick or treat at sementeryo yang bear ko kaya ganyan, hahaha! wishing you all the best . . . and an ipad2? 32gig wifi and 3g?!! hahaha!!! (lagot kay Y! hehe!)
and, of course,
i have a lot to thank X for (syempre, kasi X is older and "with age comes perspective" --- bwahaha! joke lang poh! haha!) . . . but i will have thank X for the most important thing i have learned from her for the past year (not necessarily na nagagawa ko) --- live life simply and happy . . . from among all my friends, X is the least complicated . . . simple and happy, always . . . (kaya the very few times na angry bird din sya, it is easily noticeable) . . . parang kahit anong problema, she handles it with a smiling face. also, no matter how "techy, kikay, complicated etc." the world around her turns, X remains very simple and practical . . . and i admire that a lot. kahit anong bad influence or peer pressure or kahit buong pilipinas sumama na sa bandwagon ng louis vuitton or ipad, she knows what she wants . . . she sticks to the simple and practical things that ultimately makes her happy (in short, mataas ang EQ unlike me, haha!) . . . tama naman talaga sya (may tama ka, ateng!) i mean, nowadays (and from my perspective), hands down to X . . . she always tells me, "krisis na naman, ateng?!" while i know it is her usual jolly way of making me asar, indirectly, it's as if i hear the ate in her saying: "hay naku, bunso, pwede bang hinay-hinay. . .there a lot of other things more important in life" something like that. and my ateng X is tried and tested . . . she's really an ate i never had . . . yung truly an "old" sister (hahaha!!!!) may perspective talaga magsalita pag seryosohan (si noona Y din naman, but si Y, more of my opposite kikay, malumanay and mahinhin twin --- older twin, that is, bwahaha) . . .
so that's it pansit muna, malapit ng maging black angry bird ulit si hubby dahil kanina pa ako tinatawag . . .happy, happy birthday ateng and thank you, thank you for being my ate! love ya!!!! how about giving me an ipad2 32gig wifi and 3g on my birthday?!! wahaha!

Salamat
just want to thank my two buddies, Y and Z for making my nth birthday more special.
For such a short time that we've been friends, in no means have I thought that both of you will be able to crack my "complicated" personality. Bwahahaha! This is the effect of the "Rorschach online test". Your gifts are so "ME". Love you both. Especially for being there when I was in one of my "downest moments", this week.
Y gave me these...
Yipee! Additions to my Kikay "shana" kit. I love the "Mind Repair" (napapanahon Sis. After taking the Rorschach! Hahaha!). Finally, an alternative to my Pak Fah Yeoh scent! Wohoo! By the way, I caught BH examining the cuticle cream. He mistook it for lip balm. Hahaha! Can't blame him. I had the same impression. Good thing, haven't started applying it on my toes' cuticle yet!
Love your gift, Y. Thank you.
Got these from Z....
Hahaha! You're really good at reminding me that I'm at the threshold of my "youth" and my tolerance for climate change is dwindling ! She went "panic-buying" for shawls. Bwahaha! Seriously Ateng, I love them, especially the green one! I tried it last night ,paired it with my white shirt and I looked like Angel Locsin! Ang Lobo, bow! Immortal ang beauty Ateng! Hahaha!
Love your gift too...Ateng. Thanks!
Mwah to you both.
Happy Halloween!

discovery: tatcha's aburatorigami
someone once told Y: oiliness is next to ugliness . . .
check out this amazing discovery . . . the aburatorigami, "an incredibly soft, strong leaftlet ideal for removing excess oils from delicate skin" (http://www.tatcha.com/)
. . . note that it has real gold flakes in every leaflet . . .
their latest contribution to fashion-conscious humanity . . .
. . . still with real gold flakes!
unfortunately, tatcha aburatorigami is not yet available locally but you can order it from amazon or have a friend buy it in singapore . . .
amazing, amazing!

opm and re-makes
for Y's sake, this is the song i was describing earlier . . . the song, which i like to listen to during senti times . . .i must emphasize that i am very poor in lyrics and judge a song by the melody and the voice (this explains it, my dearest red angry bird . . . melody and voice, not the singer or the lyrics) . . . when i listen to this, i feel emotionally heavy and teary-eyed but at the same time feel the overwhelming love (though unmatched) . . . the rendition of this song is so real it's as if it the drama is unfolding before my eyes . . . a girl deeply in love begging for a second chance . . . to be loved like the first time. it is as if this rendition is a secret message for a lost love who might happen to be listening. . . and to whomsoever the song was intended to is just so heartless to turn away (note: purely my opinion; i have no personal knowledge or idea) . . . i was told this was not the song that made this particular singer famous . . .for me, however, ito lang . . . not even the latest tagalog remake, dito sa puso ko (which incidentally i love to hear also coz it makes me feel bubbly --- parang yung kay colby caillat) defines this singer . . .(plus, i will always associate the arrangement of the song to sitti and not to the girl who must not be named lest red angry bird gets angrier . . .bwahaha) . . . the way she sang this song is so heartfelt and it emphasized the good quality of her voice . . . (not that i am a fan, just being truthful . . .for a thousand reasons, i don't think i will ever be a fan, but then again, i will acknowledge that i like her voice and it is good . . .fair dba?! fair? or fai . . . . hahaha! toffee nga, sabi ni red angry bird!) . . .
prior to the above being my favorite senti song, it was this (click below) - - - one hello by jinky/freestyle (occasionally, i still play this . . .eventually, pag pagod na din siguro ako kakaasar kay red angry bird, i will abandon love me like the first time by charity (according to red angry bird also, haha!) and come home to this favorite senti song . . .haha)

Spooky Encounters
FIRST ENCOUNTER:
Ma used to tell me that my great grandfather appeared to me the night after he was interred. I was three years old then and was a very talkative kid. I recall my Apong I_ _ _ _ as a mestizo with booming voice and laughter. There was even a time when I thought he was Lincoln (only that his head is all white).
Going back to the apparition. According to Ma, the entire family was then in the living room and across the sofa chair where I was seated, was the staircase. Ma said she almost screamed when out of nowhere, I said "Ni Apong I----, agtugtugaw." (Apong is sitting). I was then pointing at the top part of the stairs. What is strange is more than 30 years after, I can recall what I said and what I saw although the image now is not as vivid as it was when I was younger. I recall seeing "Lincoln" with white hair wearing thin white clothes. Now, I am not certain whether it was really what it was or just an imagination. But old folks always say that ghosts appear to unsuspecting children, so probably, it was real.
SECOND ENCOUNTER:
In the early 80's, my Pa's brother passed away. We went home to the province for the wake. I was then in grade school. It is customary for people in the province to serve visitors some soup or coffee during the wake. My relatives were cooking "Miki" and I was "helping" them mess up the kitchen by crushing the atchuete seeds or "annatto seeds" (Y, finally I found out what it's called in English). I was seated near the window where I can see the posts of the clothesline. On the post, a fishtrap made of bamboo was hanging (It looked like the photo below, well almost).
I can also see some visitors playing "pekwa" on a table and the light therefrom somehow illuminated the clothesline area. Then the fishtrap moved and I saw a figure that looked like a snake's head coming out from the top part. I called the attention of one of the "manangs" in the kitchen. There were screams in the room. Mga adik!!!! They called my Pa's uncle and told him what I (and they) saw. The uncle went out to check, but saw nothing. Again, was it just my imagination? If yes, then my imagination is contagious!
THIRD ENCOUNTER:
Early 90's I was already in college. It was summer time (month of May)and my younger cousins from the city spent their summer vacation in the province. We just had breakfast and was hurrying to clean the table before we head to the backyard to play. Our grand aunt will water her calamansi trees that day and rented a water pump for the task. Then, that eerie, hair-raising smell was suddenly in the air. We jumped out of our house and again screaming, of course. It was the smell of burning candle and flowers. Ngiiii! I'm still having goosebumps while composing this post. It was so scary! It was more scary this time because I'm older and with enough discernment to distinguish what's imagination and what's real. Until now, I don't know where the smell came from. My Ma told me that probably, my deceased grandmother wanted to have her presence felt because her birthday is in May.
WORKPLACE:
Both Y and Z can relate to this. They both had a creepy experience at work. I can't confirm yet because I haven't experienced anything, at least up to now. I hope I won't have any at all.
BOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Happy halloween everyone!

of foo dogs and santas
. . . foo dogs , which are from chinese ancestry, are believed to provide powerful protective benefits. technically, they are lions and not dogs (and definitely not dragons as i originally thought them to be... haha) . . . and they come in pairs -- the male foo dog, the one with the globe/world resting on his paw, is usually positioned on the left and the female foo dog, the one with one paw restraining her cub, is usually positioned on right. technically also, it should be at the main entrance door but i temporarily placed it at the entrance of our hallway . . . at least, walang bad spirit na makakapasok (further), hahaha!
i am not chinese but i am into these sort of anti-bad stuff and auspicious thingies (selectively though) and most of them are gifts from chinese friends or friends who believe that these are really effective . . . ako naman, what’s the harm? parang effective naman (or guni-guni ko lang, haha!) . . . my foo dogs were given by red angry bird as a birthday gift (it was supposed to be a suspensive housewarming gift but either mababa din ang EQ ni red angry bird or iniisip nyang world war 3 na e wala pa akong i-house warming! haha!) . . . i wasn’t planning on using it until we have a place of our own but after the holidays last year and the powerhouse ghosts of 2010 were still around at the start of the year, i thought i needed the foo dogs to intervene (“intervent,” according to red angry bird’s *%!@#!! Instructor) . . . well, kinda effective (underscore on “kinda” but still, kinda effective so pwede na . . . the powerhouse ghosts of 2010 were at least brought to a semi-tolerable level, not that i can tolerate them but i have no choice) . . . ang gulo ba?!! haha, basta, my point is, my foo dogs seem to be working just as all my other protective-health-auspicious stuff, whether it is coincidence or real, my foo dogs (and other stuff) bring me a certain level of “comfort” already that i feel incomplete without them. foo dogs in the metro (or at least i think they are foo dogs): the peninsula manila entrance, binondo bridge crossing pasig river, big chinese resto at macapagal ave, escada shop at gb5 and the shop beside it . . .
. . .santa, on the other hand, is traced form north american culture where santa is said to bring gifts to children on christmas eve . . . the 2 identical santas shown in the picture are among the numerous santas we have at home (most of which i bought at dapitan and a santa clause corner store at forbes (read: for – bes, not forbs . . .) -dunno what that street is called now but the santa clause corner store is around 100 meters before the flyovers of aurora and nagtahan. if you are going there at night, you will definitely not miss it because the christmas lights are almost 4-storey high.
this is the first time our house was decorated for the holidays before all saints day. dunno the story but i just came home one night (after watching stomp) and saw that we had every christmas décor all over the house. when I saw the my rocking santas and foo dogs together at the hallway entrance, i found it odd and mismatched. it’s like eating mami and steak together . problem is, i cannot stand removing my foo dogs . . . baka makapasok ang bad spirits! (not again!) . . . i thought of moving my foo dogs at the entrance of our bedroom, but how about the other rooms? baka pumasok ang powercast ghosts and bad energy . . .tsk . . .tsk . . . so, in the meantime, it’s east meets west . . .it’s santa watching over and reading bedtime stories to my foo dogs . . . my foo dogs protecting the house from the hallway to the bedrooms, its my shitzu protecting us from main door to hallway and my saint bernard (who is “on leave”) protecting us from the gate to the main door . . . giant santa guarding the front porch . . . all covered --- safe, haha! but then again . . . my foo dogs and dogs, with the aid of my santas, are no match for bugs . . . the heck . . . bahala na si batman! . . . wait for my giant foo dogs!!!!!!!!!! who let the dogs out? who let the dogs out?!! hahaha!!!!

Z, i suggest you also get a foo-sah (pusa). Mas matapang ang thundercats di ba? Hahaha! Wala lang! I'm back! Naka-recover na naman ako sa SIYAK (shock)!

Rorschach
Hello everyone. X's first post for the last week of October.
Something fascinated me this week and can't help but admire the power of human mind.
Rorschach may be familiar to some but kind of creepy for me.
I'm not yet "krung-krung", okay.
Can't believe that I actually did some research on it and even took an online test.
The results are amazing and CREEPY! Right timing for the Halloween!
Try taking it!

I just can't understand how a person's perception of a figure can tell something about his/her personality.
Got this from Wikipedia.
"Rorschach inkblot test, the Rorschach technique, or simply the inkblot test) is a psychological test in which subjects' perceptions of inkblots are recorded and then analyzed using psychological interpretation, complex algorithms, or both. Some psychologists use this test to examine a person's personality characteristics and emotional functioning. It has been employed to detect underlying thought disorder, especially in cases where patients are reluctant to describe their thinking processes openly.[3] The test is named after its creator, Swiss psychologist Hermann Rorschach."

my natasha
Got this BBM from Z: This might be stupid but I hope this is not the phone you left in your work station... The phone that keeps on "singing".
Oh no! I forgot to turn the ring tone to silent! And I felt embarrassed when I realized that the first line of the song goes like "What time is it where you are? I miss you more than anything!"
Well, those who don't know me quite well would think, hmmm, maybe Y's significant other is in another part of the world. Of course not! It's just a song I like, ok? And it's my ring tone not for anything but only because it is the latest song (as far as I know) released by Natasha Bedingfield titled "Jetlag" with some boyband...
Natasha just happened to be my super favorite singer ever since circa 2004 when her song "These Words (I love you)" came out. "These words are my own, From my heart flow, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you".
That voice! It lifts my spirits, and I would not mind waking up after (just a few hours of sleep) to one of her songs.
It was a very pleasant surprise for me when Natasha performed on American Idol Season 7 her song "Pocketful of Sunshine." So, by the title alone, you know the song really does magic, even to the down-throdden. Uhmm, alright, I'm now exaggerating... Hahaha!
But really! If you haven't bought any of her albums, go check them out.

spooky 2 : Halloween Costumes
For more than a week already, DS had been bugging me that his annual trick or treat party in school will be on the 28th. He reminded me that wearing scary costumes (including masks) is not allowed. Since his casa years and up to this time, I keep on getting him a new costume every halloween. He gets big so fast, I don't know what I'm feeding him.
This was his first costume -Superman (or superkid). He was excited the first time he wore it. When he got back from school, he was a bit disappointed because there were about 5 kids who got the same costume. Also, he asked me if he can have another costume on next halloween because he found the costume uncomfortable to wear. "Ang init and bakit sa labas naka-brief?" Okay, got your point.
The following year, he wore this one. I was supposed to get the ninja costume but he didn't like covering his face. We got this, complete with the pitchfork (inflatable). He made an additional request. "Buy me boots". Ha??? "TUMIGIL!, Over na yan."
This is his most hated costume ever. We did not have much choice at that time because he is too big for the cowboy but too small for the ninja. "So hot, Mom. I don't like this." Okay, let's go home then. No choice, he was compelled, coerced, forced to take it.
Last year, DS was a ninja. I told him not to get a sword anymore since he won't be able to carry his loot bags if he'll carry along his sword. He agreed but asked me to get a star shaped weapon used by fighters in "Naruto"(they call it throwing star, according to wikipedia) . HUWAAT? "Hay naku, sobra na yan.Mag-Batman ka na lang." Well, this time, I was the one compelled, coerced, forced to give in. Nothing fits on him coz he's too big for a 9-year old. Okay, how much ba yang "istar istar"? Huwaaat? Php100 for5 tiny pieces of plastic. Hay naku, igugupit na lang kita. "Mommy naman. Mommmmyyyy!". We got the stars. Here's the catch... he forgot to bring them along coz he came to my work for company-sponsored trick or treat before going to school. Nalaos ang stars.
This year, he wants a soldier costume. Okay, I'll try to get one. He particularly asked me not to get the usual green or brown camouflage. He likes the smaller prints similar to his scout ranger hat.
It looks like this minus the helmet. This is just my guess. I hope I got it right. Prints are smaller.

text neck syndrome
After Blackberry Thumb, we now have the Text Neck Syndrome. An article states:
xoxo
Y
As use of mobiles and handheld music players is on the rise, so are the cases of 'text neck' - repetitive stress injury seen especially in young people who look down at mobile devices for long periods of time.
"The bones and muscles of the spine adapt to that posture and functional changes ensue," the New Zealand Herald quoted Chiropractors' Association spokesman Hayden Thomas, as saying.
"These changes in the curve, supporting ligaments, tendons, musculature, as well as the bony segments, can eventually lead to nerve involvement, muscle spasms and pain," he added.
One of the suggested ways to avoid this is to hold the gadget directly in front of the face to avoid bending the neck downward. This is precisely what I do with my Kindle 2nd generation reader, which is why I never stressed while using it.
Having said that, X, if there is anything (apart from the cost) that would make me go Kindle Fire, I say it is its relative size and weight versus the IPAD 2. IPAD 2, just like other technologies, is so addicting, and so chances are, you will spend a lot of time tinkering with it. Based on the comparative table you provided, Kindle Fire is 14.6 ounces and IPAD 2 would be 21.28 ounces. Thus, Kindle Fire is a lot (about 1/3) lighter than IPAD 2.

1. My medium mesh pouch from Z. She bought lots of these in different sizes, from Hong Kong, and divided them among us, X, Y, Z.
2. My purple Trexta rotating IPAD 2 case which I bought from Power Mac Center MOA. 25 % off.
3. My IPAD 2. Yup, di kinaya ng EQ ko ang Kindle Fire.
4. My big mesh pouch from Z.
5. My Moleskine July 2011 - December 2012 diary. This contains my last will and testament. Hehehe.
6. My Kindle. I just had to bring this because I am still in the middle of reading Before Ever After and Bringing Home the Birkin, and still about to start 50 Bags That Changed the World.
7. My CMG bunch of keys holder. This was given to me by X two Christmases ago. I really love this because it holds more than 10 keys.
8. My Fino wallet, which is more than 2 years old. Tama si Z, hindi to nasisira. So I guess I will be stuck with this for the next year or so.
9. My small mesh pouch from Z, which serves as my make-up kit. It has small pocket with zipper which conveniently holds pencils -- my eyebrow pencil, eyeliner and lipliner.
Not in the photo are my 2 phones, one office-issued and one personal.

fab! fashion on my head
If Z is obsessed with bracelets and charms, I say that I am currently obsessed with hair accessories.
If I could only splurge, I would want these
And if only I could style X's hair (her hair is very straight and medium thick, in other words, you can do a lot with it), I would make her wear these through the week
(I included the fascinator because I know she's been dying to wear one of those.)
Z, on the other hand, has her hair salon-maintained. Ideally, therefore, she does not need any of these anik-anik, chuva-chuva on the hair. However, throughout the day, I see her clipping her hair with paperclip... Hay naku, Z. Sabi nga ng isang big boss, ang mura mura ng Goody hairclip. haaay... ahahaha
So, if I can only have my way (good luck to me!), I will make her invest on these
All of these, by the way, can be bought from Evita Peroni. It is not an affordable brand, but I must say, these are good investments. Once EP uses the tagline "Let fashion get into your head," (not sure if it still uses that now), but that pretty much says what the brand is all about.
I was first introduced to Evita Peroni way back in August 2006, when I was looking for a pair of sunglasses. My sister brought me to their shop in Glorietta 4. I got my pair of sunglasses and, more than that, my obsession with headbands started. But as I said, it is not a very affordable brand so I had to stop. Also, I figured, my child is a he, and so I want to invest on things that I can pass on.
Back to my day dreaming, I would not mind wearing this, if I wake up feeling like Z, haha!
This is also nice, and actually reminds me of the charms that can be bought from Tiffany's or Links of London, again very Z
This one, I guess I would wear, if I'm having a, you know, bwitish dei, and that thes a chwance that I might pehaps meet Hew Woyal Hoyness.
Here is another one on my wish list
Oh, Evita Peroni, you are so fine.

mr. lacierda & mr. marquez
remember the post of Y on the justices?
i commented there that technically, the Supreme Court's Spokesperson, Midas Marquez (being simultaneously the Court Administrator also -- which is equivalent to the rank of an Associate Justice) should techinically be called "Justice" (or "Honorable"). . .
. . . similar to Presbiterio Velasco and Jose Perez who were addressed Justices when they used to occupy the same post (and before they got appointed to the SC)
however, yesterday, the presidential spokesperson said something like this:
. . .the executive and the judiciary are at their throats lately . . .whatever it is, could mr. lacierda not have called the supreme court spokesperson as mr. marquez, simply? . . .because calling him Justice Marquez before then calling him Atty. Marquez now would have, of course, been an insult and would have definitely raised eye brows . . . more so if you announce and give a brief lecture nationwide that he shouldn't be called a "Justice" (without stating the basis/authority). from a lawyer to another lawyer . . .from one spokesperson of a branch of gorvernment to another . . .from a school mate to another . . . are you serious?
. . .if i can commend erap for something, it would be appointing atty. dong puno and atty. mike toledo as his spokespersons . . . politics and personalities aside, they gave their office its righful dignity, presence and authority. straightforward and dignified . . . . tsk . . .tsk . . . how about getting liz uy or olen lim or john robert powers as consultant? no budget? hmmmm . . . really?! kung sabagay, sometimes i don't know if i am watching a malacanang presscon or snn . . . (take note, snn for showbiz news ngayon at hindi cnn)
so para walang issue, pareho na lang kayong mr. . . . wag na din munang "attorney" para walang gulo (baka magkadebate pa kung ang function ni lacierda requires lawyer skills)
better yet, pwede bang mag ayos na lang kayo?! kainis ha.

As court administrator, his rank is Court of Appeals Justice but he cannot be called Justice Midas Marquez," (see: http://www.bomboradyo.com/news/latest-news/81369-midas-marquez-hindi-dapat-tawaging-justice-palasyo )is there such a prohibitive rule? really? is mr. lacierda the authority for the announcement he just made? more importantly, is this the kind of statement that should come from a presidential spokesperson? i hear of a lot of presidential appointees being called "secretary" even if they are not stricly cabinet secretaries . . .perhaps he should also clarify that? how does mr. lacierda address malacanang appointees who are not strictly members of the cabinet but hold the position equivalent to one? just recently, he addressed presidential adviser for political affairs ronald llamas as "secretary llamas"? so, what is the authority for calling him so when he is technically not a cabinet secretary but holds the position equivalent to one? . . .uhm . . . coz LTO issued him a protocol plate no. 6 which is for cabinet secretaries? e si midas marquez din . . .from what i know, he uses protocol plate no. 10 which is for justices.

Kindle Fire vs Ipad2
What to get? Amazon’s Kindle Fire or Ipad 2?
This is more difficult than I thought. The comparative below makes my nose bleed.
Y is pro-Kindle, Z is pro-Ipad.Lalong gumulo!
Isinali pa kasi yung Nook.
I just want to read good books but the games and other apps are tempting.
from http://www.pcmag.com/ |
Maybe it's a sign. I'll get the Nook para magkaka-iba si X,Y and Z.
X
X, hmmmm . . . tsk . . .tsk . . .tsk . . . good luck on Y's revelation later! bwahaha! . . . maybe the 3 of us should have the same na lang :) so, kindle fire or ipad2 unanimously? tsk . . .tsk . . . wag na yang nook, itakago mo na lang sa sulok yan! hahaha! - Z
Y and Z,
Huhuhu! Naguguluhan ako.
Look, I'm starting to grow curly hair... parang si AB gulo-gulo buhok!
Y, I thought you're pro-Kindle.
Z, enough with the "jailbreak" and "tether" (is the spelling correct).
I'm thinking whether to get BH the Ipad2 (anyway, I can still use it pa rin naman) and get myself the Kindle Fire. I think I'm more identified with the Kindle Fire.
Wow, krisis nga naman!!!
X
bwahaha, enough na talaga with the jailbreak thing because Y's ipad2 is not jailbreakable at this time according to red angry bird. wahaha. instead of 2 units of 16 gig ipad2 which you were considering earlier, i vote for 1 ipad2 and 1 kindle fire -- kindle fire for you, ipad2 for BH and kid. - Z
oh no! giuliana and the big c
longtime e! news anchor, giuliana dipandi rancic is battling early stages of breast cancer. this was discovered during her 3rd round of IVF . . . shocked and sad . . . giuliana is only 37. she is the wife of the first apprentice of donald trump, bill rancic of chicago. she usually gets criticized for being so thin . . . i like her coz i like italian-speaking people (shallow ba?!) . . . seriously, say whatever but she is good at what she does . . . she hosts well and she seems evidently happy doing it, kaya natutuwa ako sa kanya. she is also a fighter . . . she has had 2 failed IVF attempts . . . i guess this 3rd will have to be put on hold . . . i hope and pray that she recovers from this battle soon . . . sad news, sorry.
